The Big Brother All stars show has already been running for some weeks now and is being viewed by millions of people across Africa who have got a DSTV subscription. If you are in Nigeria and still wondering why you have not been able to watch Big Brother Africa on your Decoder, then you should know that it's because you've not yet activated it.
To be able to watch BBA on your decoder, you would need to activate it as it is not available on default.

To enable BBA on your decoder, then here is what you need:

- Your smart card number at hand
- Switch your decoder on
- DSTV contact care number for Nigeria which is line 01-270-3232

One you have all these, then you should call the customer care and ask them to activated Big Brother fo your decoder which should be switched on by that time. After a while, Big brother will be activated for your decoder by their office.

DSTV on Facebook: Facebook offers a more interactive arena for both customers and businesses and DSTV Nigeria has a page on Facebook which they take seriously and attend to customers who provide their smart card number. You can go to the facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/dstvng

    I intend to use parential guidiance ,but it's showing that the pin code has been blocked, smart card no 4132003568

    Call customer service and tell them to reset your pin. You should have your smart card number ready

    i had 2 post a commect cos my Dstv is crackin very much,which i called d customer care and we both did d settin on d decorda and yet tins r stil dsame crackin channels,pls i wuld my dish 2 b reset cos am nt hppy wt d way it is rite nw,am surpose 2 enjoy d clearity of it not wht am receivin rite so pls do smtin posible abt it cos am payin 4 d programs,and am nt hppy wt wat am gettin.

    @idama it is either yhur dish is position wrongly or there is a building right in front of your dish or weather is poor.. Or the cable connecting your dish and decoder is damaged internally..
