Who can say that he or she is proud of a Nigerian banks. Maybe after the consolidation, their customer service have just slightly improved. But why is it that almost every time i go to my bank to withdraw money, the system becomes slow and i'm asked to wait in a queue. I've banked with many banks, not to mention Union bank where i was treated like nothing, now i'm with GTB and it seems that th major problem most banks have in Nigeria is that they waste a lot of customer's time.

Nigerian banks suck, if not for atm, all their other services are not customer friendly at all. Imamgine going to Union bank or first bank on a monday
