It's not too hard to get up and start designing a website. To start with, you must at least be literate and have ability to think deeply or conceptualize what you want to do. Designing a website begins with design tools such as html coder found in Microsoft's front page or Dreamweaver. Other additive can com in form of applets , javascripts, and even flash content. However knowing however how to use html is sufficient in designing your first web page which should be named index.html and it's your home page.
You could then start addding tables, pictures and colours to beautify it. Keep the design simple and useable for visitors. Create friendly and easily understandable hyperlinks to navigate from one page to another.
