Nigeria get money oh. Our presidents just never cease surprising us as they keep on announcing how much of our resources that they'll keep investing into a wild goose chase like NEPA. NEPA or PHCN under successive regimes has constantly being a source of waste of our oil money and i'm not really happy that the federal govt is still interested in investing in PHCN. I'd rather suggest that the govt privatises 100% of the power sector by inviting foreign investors with the expertise and funds necessary to make it working like the telecoms sector. Thank God for GSM, at least one thing is working in Nigeria

phcn shoulbe be completely sold. it's a continous waste of our resources because corruption has eaten too deep into the company and also, being a govt organisation, the ministry of power is mismanaging it.
