HONEYWELL FLOUR MILLS PLC OFFERING FOR SUBSCRIPTION, 941,176,471 ORDINARY
SHARES OF 50 KOBO EACH AT N8.50 PER SHARE AND AN OFFER FOR SALE OF 1,252,941,177
ORDINARY SHARES OF 50 KOBO EACH AT N8.50 PER SHARE. I was wondering, with the continous falling of share prices in the Nigerian stock market, i was wondering if people still care about public offers. Maybe this offer may favour those Nigerians who have dollars to convert since the naira is also falling. Some analysts have predicted that this offer will be oversubscribed but for me, i'm not interested in buying and rather just praying that my first banks shares don't fall any further. In the USA, the emphasis now is to sell, sell, sell and hold onto cash since most assets like stock will be losing value and i'm wondering why this Nigerian companies are still interested in selling any offer
