* Joli People: If you make a lot of calls to other Zain customers, this option is for you. It offers you an even lower rate of 0.50k / sec for all calls made to Zain customers. All calls to other networks will be charged at the Zain Joli flat rate of 0.50k / sec.
* Joli Padi: If you make a lot of calls to friends and family, then this option is for you. It offers you an even lower rate of 0.25k / sec for all calls made to 10 selected F&F customers on Zain's network. You have the choice to choose which 10 customers to include in your F&F directory. And you can always change this list! All calls to non-F&F customers will be charged at the Zain Joli flat rate of 0.50k /sec.

A. The subscription period for a paid option is for life - as long as you remain a Zain customer. However, billing for the paid option is on a weekly basis, i.e. you are charged at the start of every week, the weekly fee for the option. The option is then activated on your line for a period of 1 week (7 days) from the date of subscription.

Q. How will I be charged for my option?
A. The first option you pick is always free, for life! If you choose more than 1 option, all additional options will be charged at NGN 25.00/ package / week. This means, that for all paid options, you will be charged for NGN 25.00 as its weekly fee per option. You will then enjoy the benefit of the option for the entire week. At every subsequent weekly anniversary, you will be charged NGN 25.00 for your option. Thus you will continue to enjoy the benefits of this option for the rest of your life.

Q. What happens if I do not have sufficient credit to renew my option subscription every week?
A. You will automatically be disconnected from your paid option, at the end of its weekly anniversary, if you do not have sufficient balance to renew for the upcoming week. Once you recharge your phone, you have to re-activate your paid package by dialing the code for every option you want to add.

Q. What if I want to disconnect an option? How can I do that?
A. The power to choose is in your hands. If for some reason you decide to disconnect an option, you can do so by dialing the following codes and press ok/send key on your phone:

Q. I am disconnecting my option mid-week? Can I get a refund of the weekly fee paid?

Q. If I select the Joli Padi option, how many friends and family can I register?
A. You have the choice to register up to 10 friends and family on the Zain network, with the Joli Padi option. Your 10 first friends and family selected are free. Subsequent friends and family additions will be charged at 0.25k/sec.

Q. How can I add friends and family numbers from other operators?
A. Unfortunately you can not add friends and family numbers from other operators.

Q. How can I register my friends and family numbers?
A. You can register your friends and family numbers by dialing *141*2*Zain number#. You can register up to 10 friends and family on the Zain network with the Joli Padi option.

Q. Can I change my selection of friends and family numbers and how? If so, is it for free?

A. No you do not have to re-enter your choice of friends and family numbers. Once you register your numbers, your preferences are stored in Zain's database. Once you re-connect to the Joli Padi package, you can continue calling your existing friends and family at the low discounted rate.

About Joli Yans package

Q. I would like to select the Joli Yans option. What choice of off-peak hour packages do I have?
A. If you select the Joli Yans option, you have the choice of selecting 1 of 2 off-peak hour blocks that best suits your needs. Block A offers you discounted off-peak rates from 10pm to 2am everyday of the week. Block B offers you discounted off-peak rates from 2am to 6am everyday of the week.

Q. Do the rates of Joli Yans apply to all networks?
A. Yes, once you select your choice of off-peak hours, you can call any network at the discounted rate of 0.25k/sec.

Q. How do I select the off-peak hour block of my preference?
A. You can select your off-peak hours, by signing up for the Joli Yans package. If you prefer to enjoy off peak hours between 10pm and 2am, dial *211*31#; if you prefer to enjoy off peak hours between 2am and 6am, dial *211*32#.

Q. Can I change my selection of off-peak hours? If so, how?
A. Yes, you can switch your selection of off-peak hours any time. This will, however, incur on a fee of Nxxx. A. Calls to the fixed lines in the UK, and fixed and mobile numbers in the US and Canada are charged at 0.25k/sec. Calls to mobile numbers in the UK are charged at 0.50k/sec.

Q. How much am I paying for calls to countries other than US, UK, and Canada?
A. Calls to countries other than the UK, US and Canada are charged at the standard international rates.

Q. Can I change my selection of countries?
A. Yes, to change from UK to US/Canada or the other way round you have to remove your current Joli Yonda choice and then add your new option.
