I have been trying to load N200 recharge card on my MTN line but it keeps giving me this error:
The prepaid operation you requested was not successful. Please try again later.
I tried loading it again and again but it still gives the same error. I thought MTN should be the best connection but this and many other difficulties I've been having with the network is really frustrating, after all i am a prepaid customer. Perhaps it would be better if we only pay at the end of the month after they must have rendered us good services. The worst thing is that i thought the card has already loaded and so i threw away the recharge card i bought, now i found out that it was not loaded after i tried making a call.
