Building a house in Lagos, Nigeria is becoming increasingly stressful and expensive. There are many fees to be paid and numerous Lagos agencies to go through like the town planning group, Local govts, KAI, LASAA, and many others who may want to cash in from your construction. You may even have to settle many other local groups like omo niles, ageros and so on. At times, one thinks it is better to buy a home in Lagos than build one. If you still want to build a home without paying omo niles, then you should have security like policemen attached to your site for the construction period
