For someone who used to live in Africa, where there is a lot of sunshine, living in and European country like Britain can be quite challenging. It gets very cold and you could feel the chills. It is hard for someone just arriving the country not to catch a cold a few weeks later but be sure to take your vitamins and wear thick clothing like your jacket. At times, it may do you good when going outdoors to wear several layers of clothing to keep the cold away. Take hot drinks when neccessary and don't stay out in the cold for long.
